it is a good feat.far, far cry from even the "top ten" feats imo though, let alone best feat in game.for bards and skalds it is redundant imo, they can give rerolls and they can give morale bonuses...

If I took perform oratory on my paladin, I might consider this feat though Paladin are often skill starved, so there is a barrier to entry. Not bad for a battle leader focused Paladin or battle oracle.

I think it's particularly good for bloodragers worried about failing Will saves. They most likely meet the Cha prerequisite, do the BAB prerequisite and they don't have that many other things slurping...
